TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Elegance Aesthetics & Skincare. By booking an appointment or purchasing a voucher with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Booking Method: All appointments must be booked through our official Phorest booking system or directly by contacting the clinic.

  • Deposits: A £40 deposit is required for all bookings to secure your time slot. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens; however, to protect our staff's time and ensure availability for all clients, we enforce the following:

  • Notice Period: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your £40 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Same Day Cancellations & No Shows: These will result in the loss of your deposit plus an additional £20 fee for appointments valued over £60.

  • Late Arrivals: We strive to provide full service to all our clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment with no deposit refund.

3. Gift Vouchers

  • Expiry: All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will be void and cannot be extended.

  • Redemption: You must bring the physical or digital voucher to your appointment. If the voucher is not presented at the time of payment, we will be unable to accept it as a form of payment, and the full cost of the service will be required.

  • Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Voucher Cancellations: If you are using a voucher to pay for your service, our cancellation policy, as above, still applies and fees will be deducted from the gift voucher.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • To ensure we remain on schedule for all guests, if you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to fit the remaining time of your slot.

  • Despite a shortened treatment time, the full cost of the service will still apply.

Agreement

You are required to agree to these terms and conditions at the time of booking your appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at Elegance Aesthetics & Skincare.
