DEPOSITS

When booking an appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 48 hour cancellation period that clients must agree to at the time of booking. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking time without incurring any additional charges. A % of your appointment price will be taken if you reschedule or cancel your appointment within: 48 hours - 50% fee, same day - 75% fee, no show - 100% fee. Please let us know is you are running late for your appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. We may not be able to carry out your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers may be purchased to pay for treatments. These are non-refundable after purchase and will not be available to use after the expiry date. The total of each session will deduct from the voucher/credit after treatment. If using a gift voucher and the client does not show up for the treatment, the total of the session will be still be deducted as per our cancellation policy.

OTHER

Elegance Aesthetics & Skincare reserves the right to refuse to perform our services, if they do not believe that a particular service is in the client’s best interests. There can be no guarantees as to the precise results of any service undertaken as each individual is different and many factors contribute. Elegance Aesthetics & Skincare will not be liable for any economic loss or other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

The prices listed are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Elegance Aesthetics & Skincare is committed to ensuring that any complaints or concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
